The modern day Fire Service has responsibility that goes across a range of public safety areas.
We provide safety advice ranging from fire safety to road safety; from seasonal dangers such as water and flooding safety advice through to advice if you are renting accommodation – please look at the website www.wmfs.net for further information.
Safety at Home
It’s important that fire risks are minimised in your home, so one of the things we will be doing at the 55+ and Retirement Show will be to explain how to reduce or eliminate any hazards so that you feel safer in your home. Booklets on Fire Safety and Free Home Fire Safety Checks will be available so please come along and visit our stand at the show.
