Choice of Ownership Options ....You are free to choose whether to purchase an apartment outright or rent an apartment on an assured lifetime tenancy. Some residents often purchase after a period of renting as well. Your choice… whatever suits your budget and preference.

Security ....Each apartment is equipped with emergency pull cords/ telephone system, and pendant for your security and peace of mind. The Estate Porter service is on duty 24 hours a day, and is there to help you in the event of an emergency. All properties have secure access with high security doors and window locks. Access to the Manor House is restricted to a key pad in the evening after certain times.

Amenities.....The Manor Club is the heart of the Village, with a library, games and activities room, coffee lounge, restaurant, bar, bistro, TV room and a mini bus for shopping trips and further afield. 24/7 On Site Estate Porter Team.....Our professional Estate Porter team, under the watchful eye of the Estate Manager is there to provide that special service for all our residents, their visiting friends and family. They are based in the Manor House and look after all visitors to the Village, the restaurant and bar, as well as providing 24/7 help in case of emergency.
