Who we are
Crossroads Care are the leading provider of practical support for Carers in England and Wales.
Here at Crossroads Care Bury we give Carers a regular and much needed break from their caring roles.
We operate throughout the Borough of Bury including Tottington, Radcliffe, Whitefield, Prestwich, Bury and Ramsbottom.
The aim of this support is to help carers to continue to care for their loved ones, whilst reducing stresses associated with caring, and enabling the carer to enjoy some time of their own. In short we are here to help prevent carer breakdown and improve the quality of both the carers life and the person they support.
(A carer is anyone who is responsible for the care of a person of any age, at home, where the person being cared for has a physical or sensory disability, learning difficulty, or who is chronically ill or has a life limiting illness.)

To promote, offer, support and deliver high quality services for Carers and people with care needs.
Our Services
Our flexible break service, where our Support Workers provide the Carer with a 2-3 hour weekly break helps prevent Carer breakdown enabling them to continue caring for as long as they wish to do so.
Each support package is individually tailored taking a person centred approach in order to meet the needs of each situation and the individuals involved.
These Support Plans are agreed between Crossroads Care,the person being supported, and their carer, these are then regularly reviewed to ensure the service being provided continues to meet the needs of all involved.
We work closely with the existing health, social services and voluntary services, thereby ensuring a total care package tailored for the individuals we are supporting.
Our services are provided 365 days a year and an emergency on call service is provided out of office hours.
For added security and to ensure your peace of mind and we will always inform you as to which named member of staff will be coming to provide your service, futhermore the member of staff will arrive at a mutualy agreed time.
