At Bupa we have no shareholders, so the profits we make can go back into providing better treatments and services. We believe our healthcare should be accessible to all, that’s why we have a broad range of products and services that you don’t need our health insurance to access. From care homes and home healthcare to health assessments.
Care Services
Across 300 care homes in the UK, we offer both short and long term residential and nursing care services supporting frail and elderly, dementia and specialist care needs.

Retirement and assisted living
If you want to maintain your independence and be as self-reliant as possible, retirement housing may be right for you.
Bupa offers two types of retirement housing, Goldsborough Estates retirement properties and Bupa Assisted Living properties. Both offer the reassurance of help if you need it, without the worry of maintaining your own home.
Expert aged care advice
Bupa’s dedicated experts are on hand to answer any questions you might have relating to aged care, whether they relate to you or a loved one, and can give you free, impartial advice on:
- Paying for care
- Where to get support if you or a loved is diagnosed with conditions associated with age, such as dementia
- Getting extra help to stay in your own home
- Knowing where to start when thinking about a care home.

*Calls from any line to 03 numbers are charged at no more than UK national rates and count towards any inclusive minutes from mobiles.
Home Healthcare
Our home healthcare allows you to live as normal a life as possible, without the need to travel to or stay in hospital. Our experienced professionals provide you with the highest quality of care and support you need at home, removing some of the stress and worry from you and your family.
Bupa Home Healthcare provide specialist healthcare in our patients home or local community. This includes the delivery of medication for conditions such as MS and rheumatoid arthritis, intravenous medication such as antibiotics and chemotherapy, and home based nursing for a range of conditions. You don't need to be insured by us to receive home healthcare from Bupa.
