Our services
Age UK Hereford & Localities provide a wide range of services available to anyone aged 50 and over, their families and carers.
Our aim is to improve the quality of life for older people by providing practical help and support, as well as emotional support and opportunities to socialise.
About us
In July 2010, the long standing Age Concerns based in Bromyard, Hereford, Ledbury and Leominster merged to form one organisation:Age UK Hereford & Localities
Our aim is to have a seamless approach to supporting older people whilst retaining a local presence.
Offices have been retained in the four market towns and continue to provide services in the rural areas of our county. Our services are available to anyone aged 50 and over, their families and those who care for older people.
Our area covers Hereford City, Leominster, Bromyard, Ledbury, Kington, Tenbury Wells and the rural areas of Herefordshire.
Age UK Hereford and Localities works in partnership with many other organisations, both statutory and voluntary, in order to avoid duplication of effort and resources. The support and services we provide help individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life as well as empower them to make informed decisions that affect their daily living.
